Returns and Refunds

All designs, artwork, logos, and site content are owned by Free & Loud or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without our written permission.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting fraudulent orders or payment information, or scraping or reselling our content without permission.

Third-Party Services

Checkout and payment are handled by Stripe, and order fulfillment is handled by Printify. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond what is required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free & Loud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of our products.
