Shipping Policy

Everything at Free & Loud is made to order. When you place an order, your item goes straight into production with one of our professional print partners. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why timing works a little differently than at big-box stores.

Production Time

Most items are printed, quality-checked, and packed within 2 to 5 business days of your order. Production happens on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays).

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days. All in, most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of checkout. During peak seasons (holidays, big sales) production and carriers can both run a little slower.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
  • For orders under $75, shipping is $5.99 for one item, $7.99 for two items, $9.99 for three or four items, and $12.99 for five or more items.
  • Stickers and decals ship for less, since they pack flat into one small envelope: an order of only stickers and/or decals is a flat $5.99 for up to 10 and $8.99 for 11 or more, regardless of the item-count rate above.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States. Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages if they are produced by different print facilities. You are never charged extra when that happens.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. Give the carrier up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Addresses, Lost Packages, and Damages

  • Double-check your address at checkout. Orders go into production quickly, so contact us right away if you spot a mistake. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.
  • Arrived damaged or misprinted? Email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we will make it right with a free replacement. See our full Returns Policy for details.
  • Tracking stuck or package lost? Reach out and we will work with the carrier and print partner to resolve it.
