Returns Policy
Every item at Free & Loud is made to order, printed specifically for you after you check out. That means we cannot resell or restock a returned item the way a big-box store can, so our policy works a little differently. Here is exactly what is and is not covered.
Made-to-Order Items Are Final Sale
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse: wrong size ordered, changed your mind, or the color did not look the way you pictured it. Please double-check size and color before ordering. Once an order enters production it cannot be altered or canceled (see below).
What Is Covered
- Damaged or misprinted item. If your item arrives damaged, with a print defect, or otherwise not matching what you ordered, email support@freeandloud.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund, whichever makes more sense for the issue.
- Wrong item or variant shipped. If we made a mistake, including size, color, or product, we will fix it at no cost to you.
- Lost or stuck in transit. If tracking stalls or shows the package lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier and print partner to locate it, reship it, or refund it.
Order Cancellations
Most orders enter production within minutes of checkout, often before we are able to act on a request. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled, changed, or refunded once it has been placed. If you email support@freeandloud.com immediately and production has not yet started, we will do our best to cancel or update it, but this cannot be promised. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or redirected, the same as a package that has already shipped.
How Refunds Work
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days after approval for the refund to show up on your statement.
